The hallways of Solebay Primary are chirping with excitement, following the successful hatching of our very own ducklings!

In our flexible provision, we have a weekly cooking/baking session.

In year 2/3 Literacy and Language lesson, we’ve been writing a non-chronological report on Mithai (Indian sweets).

In PSHE, Year 4 have been learning how to work collaboratively and be part of a team.

This week pupils who have access to our flexible provision enjoyed another hands-on cooking session where they learned how to make their own tacos.

Our Year 3/4 scientists had a buzzing time investigating whether static electricity and magnetic energy work in the same way.

We are giving our SEND pupils opportunities to try and participate in new activities, including swimming lessons to build confidence and life skills.

There was a fantastic buzz of energy across the school this week as teachers took part in a specialised Maths Mastery Development Day.
