This week, our primary school was a sea of vibrant colours for Children’s Mental Health Week 2026.

Building a supportive community is at the heart of our school, and this past Monday, we were delighted to host a special event for our families.

Our amazing Solebay Primary Academy choir took to the stage at the iconic O2 Arena as part of the Young Voices 30th Anniversary.

It was a truly wonderful event that brought us all together and helped set the festive mood for the season.

This year, our pupils deeply engaged with the stories, achievements, and contributions of influential Black figures who have shaped our world.

A big thank you to all our Nursery and Reception parents who joined us for the Parent Reading Afternoon!

Nursery and Reception parents attended our Phonics and Family Tree Workshop to gain a better understanding of how they can support and develop their child’s reading.

Attendance Focus Week will take place from Monday 3rd – Friday 7th November.
