Our Year 3/4 scientists had a buzzing time investigating whether static electricity and magnetic energy work in the same way.
We were fascinated as lightweight materials began to dance when we rubbed a balloon on a woollen cloth – science magic right before our eyes! We loved predicting, testing, and finding out, especially when our teacher threw us a curveball by using old penny coins and newer penny coins to really get us thinking. Did they behave the same? Why or why not? So many brilliant questions, curious minds, and excited discoveries — we’re incredibly proud of our young scientists and their enthusiasm for learning!
