Don't miss out on a Reception place

If your child was born between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022 you must apply for a Reception place in Primary School for September 2026, even if your child currently attends our Nursery.

Attendance Poster Winners

Well done to all pupils who created such fantastic posters for Attendance Week. The standard was extremely high. The winning poster was created by Amirah in Year 6 and she received a £30 gift card. The joint runners up were Saima in Year and Zaynab in Year 6 and both received a £10 gift card. Well done to you all!

Children in Need 2025

We raised a fantastic £277.67 for Children in Need from our Bake Sale and non-Uniform Day. A special thank to all adults who donated cakes and treats for our Bake Sale. It was a great success! Well done everyone!

Winter Fair – Thursday 4th December

Our Winter Fair takes place on Thursday 4th December from 3.45-5pm.

Raffle tickets are available for £2 per strip from Melissa (Eloise’s mum) every morning at the park. Food/goods stalls are available to rent for a £20 fee to the school. Volunteers are needed for the Henna table (please inform the school if you are interested).

Please donate any unwanted gifts that can be used for the raffle prizes, and any old /unwanted Christmas decorations to the school before the 4th December. Should you know of any businesses that would gift a voucher, please let the school know. Thank you for your cooperation.

Star Pupils!

Nursery/Reception
Ayyub – For joining during carpet discussions and giving really good answers to questions when asked.

Ziyad – For doing excellent reading and writing in class.

1/2 Red
Aabidah – Aabidah is a star pupil for trying hard to do the right thing and making better choices! Keep it up!

Xavier – Xavier is a star pupil for being a good role model for his peers and always trying his best. Well done!

2/3 Red

Yeamin – Yeamin deserves star pupil for Excellence. Yeamin has been reading lots at home, which has shown in his confidence recently in Read Write and in class. Keep it up!

Izyan – Izyan deserves a star pupil for Excellence. Izyan has been making steady progress in reading and writing. Well done!

3/4 Red

Loic – This week Loic has shown great enthusiasm again for all learning areas, he was a fantastic role model on the cinema trip and you could see that he was extremely enthusiastic about the wonders of the world. You should be proud of yourself Loic!

Saheim – Saheim chose to be a really good role model on the way to the cinema and even when we were at the cinema. Well done Saheim!

5 Red
Hollie L (for excellence) – Hollie has been working extremely hard in all lessons this week, ensuring her work is being completed to the best standard. She has also been participating more in lessons. Keep up the fantastic work!

Joshua (for integrity) – Joshua has been following instructions efficiently this week and doing the right thing inside and out of class. Keep up the great work!

6 Red
Musa – Musa’s persuasive writing this week was truly outstanding. He demonstrated a masterful command of persuasive techniques and creatively developed his own compelling sentence starters. Well done Musa!

Siyana – Siyana is star pupil as her writing outcome this week was exceptional. She used interesting and original sentence starters and her sentences demonstrated an excellent flow. She has also skilfully incorporated the persuasive techniques studied in the lesson. Well done, Siyana!

Unsung Hero

The unsung heroes this week are all staff for the high quality teaching they provide to ensure their teaching is inclusive – as recognised in our external SEND review this week. Well done everyone! Nominated by Janet.

LATE COLLECTION OF PUPILS

Some pupils are regularly being collected late from the office after school instead of the park. We understand that occasionally parents/carers may unexpectedly be late. However if you regularly arrive late to collect, we will send your child to after school club and you will be expected to pay the £7.50 charge for this club. Thank you for your cooperation.
