The Worshipful Company of Musicians comes to Y1

This time David brought along Duncan, an award winning Cellist.  Year 1 pupils enjoyed an hour of Duncan’s informative workshop, learning lots about the Cello and how wonderfully diverse an instrument it can be.

Listening to music from hundreds of years ago all the way to the present day, the children listened intently.

We will welcome The Worshipful Company back next year for a new workshop and a new instrument!
