Ofsted – Solebay is a ‘good’ school (and may be outstanding)!
We are really proud of our interim Ofsted judgment which confirms that Solebay Primary Academy continues to be good. Ofsted also stated that the school may, in fact, be outstanding and another inspection team will visit to confirm whether that is the case. The inspection report cited that our pupils are polite and well-mannered, and that their behaviour both in lessons and around the school is strong. Children are happy and feel safe because they are looked after and cared for well by staff. Ofsted also noted that leaders and teachers within the school have the highest aspirations for pupils, and that pupils have high quality opportunities for personal development and are keen to take on extra responsibilities.
